Tandoori Chicken

April 10th, Tuesday:

  • Black Bread
  • Milk
  • Chinese Style Vegetable Soup (Chicken, Chinese Cabbage, Bean Sprouts, Bamboo Sprouts, Shiitake Mushrooms, Carrots)
  • Pasta Salad (Spaghetti, Cucumber, Mandarin Orange)
  • Tandoori Chicken

Notes: Since chicken meat is very soft, it digests quickly. Since the skin and membrane is healthy with lots of vitamin A,  it is a recommended ingredient when your health falls due to a cold.
