Fried Udon

April 12th, Thursday:

  • Fried Udon (Udon Noodles, Pork, Squid, Shrimp, Cabbage, Carrots, Onion)
  • Milk
  • Breaded Corn
  • Chocolate Gateau

Notes: Corn has plenty of vitamin B1 and B2 which is useful in making energy. It also has to characteristic that it doesn’t lose that nutrition when cooked.
