April 16th, Monday:
- Miso Soup (Bean Curd, Tofu)
- Vegetable Ginger Stirfry (Pork, Onion, Cabbage, Carrot, Green Onion)
- Breaded Sweet Potato
Notes: Since sweet potatoes have lots of ingredients like starch, so it is very sweet. Also, since it as lots of dietary fiber that cleans out the stomach, it is great for preventing constipation.
