Thickly Rolled Egg

April 2nd, Friday:

  • Miso Soup (Daikon Radish, Carrot)
  • Simmered Thin-cut Pork (Pork, Konnyaku Noodles, Tofu, Chinese Cabbage, Green Onion, Enoki Mushroom)
  • Thickly Rolled Egg
  • Rice
  • Milk

Note: A feature of pork is it’s abundance of vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 is a nutrient you especially want to eat if you exercise a lot, tire easily, or must continously persever.
