- Mini Tomato Gratin

When tomatoes get a lot of sun, they take on a round shape. Thus when rainy days continue, the tomatoes become a little thin. The strength of the sun is influential.
Opinion: I adore dipping bread into cream stews. It always reminds me of a feast on trenchers in a castle. The best part is saving some of the bread in order to wipe up and eat even the stew still clinging to the walls of the bowl. I can’t help but be thankful for the abundant prosperity that let’s us throw away much food without a second thought. Two other good things: they played “Does” as the music during lunch, and one of my students copied my neat folding of the bread bag, complimenting it by saying “Kirei zo!”
